1. Who we are

SudiFy is operated by SudiFy Tunes ("we", "us"). When you use SudiFy, SudiFy Plus or SudiFy Studio, you are entering into an agreement with SudiFy Tunes.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using SudiFy. You must be of legal age in your country, or have a parent's permission, and if you use SudiFy for an organisation you confirm you can bind it to these terms.

3. The service

SudiFy lets listeners stream and discover music, lets subscribers unlock SudiFy Plus features, and lets verified artists upload, promote and sell early access to their music through SudiFy Studio.

4. Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or spam;
• uploading music or content you do not own or have rights to, or otherwise infringing intellectual property;
• interfering with security, spreading malware, probing, scraping or circumventing technical limits such as previews and paywalls;
• reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service.

6. Content and intellectual property

SudiFy Tunes owns the SudiFy software, design, documentation and branding. Artists keep ownership of their music and grant us a limited licence to host, stream and display it solely to provide the service. Rights holders can report infringing content to SudiFy Support, and repeat infringers will lose access.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our checkout order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for orders made through its checkout. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. MTN MoMo Plus transfers to +256761858970 are a separate payment option provided directly by SudiFy Tunes, not Paddle. Confirm the recipient and local-currency amount with SudiFy Support before sending, then submit a private receipt and transaction ID. Support independently verifies received funds before granting one month ($4.99) or one year ($39.99) of Plus. Transfer fees are separate. These periods do not renew automatically, and they do not cancel or change existing card billing.

8. Service availability

We work to keep SudiFy running well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using SudiFy at any time.
