1. Who is responsible

SudiFy Tunes operates SudiFy and is the data controller for the personal data described here. This means we decide how and why your data is used.

2. Data we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, login credentials, profile picture): to create and run your account — contract performance.
• Listening and usage data (plays, likes, playlists, follows, comments, searches): to provide playback, recommendations and artist stats — contract performance and legitimate interests.
• Artist content and verification details (uploads, artist name, social links): to publish music and verify creators — contract performance.
• Device and technical data (IP address, device and browser identifiers): for security, fraud prevention and fixing problems — legitimate interests.
• Support messages: to help you — legitimate interests.
• MTN MoMo payment proof (transaction ID, amount, currency and receipt screenshot): to verify transfers and grant paid Plus access. Receipts are privately stored and accessible only to your account and authorised SudiFy administrators. Hide unrelated balances and transactions before uploading.
• Marketing preferences: to send updates where you have agreed — consent.

3. Who we share data with

• Service providers that host and run SudiFy, such as hosting, storage and analytics providers.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record for checkout purchases, for managing those subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. MTN MoMo transfers are handled separately by SudiFy Tunes.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above or legal obligations. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Contact SudiFy Support to make a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and private storage for unpublished music to protect your data.

7. Cookies and local storage

SudiFy uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember settings like audio quality and recent searches. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear this storage in your browser settings.
